Shear Head-Chromex Mixer
The Shear Head-Chromex Mixer offers advanced agitation that mixes and disperses solids in a gallon of Chromex or other CerakoteTM products in minutes. With proper mixing, customers can expect consistency from one coatings container to another and be assured that the color, gloss and viscosity are at optimal levels. Use of the mixer can also reduce mix time, improve overall coating applications, increase production and reduce scrap and re-work.
The mixer is designed to fit inside bottles and containers and connect with any 1⁄2 standard drill. With a base and a detachable head, operation is easy and maintenance is simplified.
Small Grovhac Jiffy Blade-Mixer
The heavy duty Jiffy Blade-Mixer quickly and thoroughly mixes dense and viscous substances in open containers. With two sets of special blades, the industrial, all-purpose mixer eliminates waste and unwanted aeration of materials while reducing mixing time up to 90%. Made of polished stainless steel, the mixer fits any 3/8 standard drill.
Designed for extra strength, the vertical blades keep the mixing action between them while the horizontal blade uses an exclusive hydraulic-flow principle that prevents sucking air. They also pull high-density material up from the bottom while forcing low-viscosity solvents down from the top.
HVLP Spray Gun (Liquid Application Gun)
The High Volume/Low Pressure (HVLP) liquid spray gun is a gravity or siphon feed style for most coatings and paints. With a cup capacity of 4 ounces, adjustable spray pressure and 0.8mm nozzle, the gun is sufficient for most refinishing or small scale industrial applications. It is easy to use and requires minimal maintenance.
Vibrahone
The Vibrahone is used for ceramic polishing the Chromex line of products. With vibratory drive, this unit offers continuous, reliable and consistent results. Available in 16 or 24 cubic foot capacity with various tub dimensions, the closed heavy-duty fan-cooled system and is designed for easy cleaning of the media. The Vibrahone has a 1/2 and 7/8 durable long life liner.
High Heat Tape
High heat tape can withstand temperatures up to 400°F. Available in 13 standard widths, 72 yards long and 1 mil thick, the tape is easy to remove and cuts cleaning time in half.
Polishing Paper
NICs polishing papers can be used wet or dry to remove small imperfections from coated or painted objects. The sheet size is 8 1⁄2 x 11 and is available in four different grades, including 400, 4000, 6000 and 8000 micron.
Star Tip Air Gun
This ergonomically engineered star tip gun provides variable pressure air flow through an ultra slim streamlined tip, allowing easy access to small holes and corners and reduced noise levels. Made with polyacetate resin, this industrial-grade, lever action air gun complies with OSHA requirements and is proven to reduce risk of injury, including carpal tunnel.
Wizard Blaster
The Wizard Blaster quickly and easily strips coatings without damage to the substrate. This industrial-grade system uses non-toxic blasting grade soda technology, but can also utilize a variety of other blasting media. The product is made with an OSHA-approved electronic trigger and ASME certified 10-gallon tank. Unlike traditional sand blasting or chemical solvents, the Wizard Blaster produces a minimal amount of dust and does not emit toxic fumes.
Powder Fluidizer
The Prismatic Powder Fluidizer is designed for quick color changes and ease of cleaner. The fluidizer works with all types of powders and increases production by lessening the time to clean and reduced contamination. Available in four standard sizes (12, 18, 24 and 32), the powder fluidizer can also be custom-sized for specific purposes.
QuaNix 1500 Gauge
This high precision instrument incorporates the latest technology in compact measuring devices with an expanded range up to 5mm. The QuaNix 1500 coating thickness gauge is battery operated so there are no cables or plugs. Its 4.7 ounce weight and special design allows one-hand operation for increased safety, along with access to hard-to-reach corners the ability to measure coatings on ferrous and non-ferrous substrates.
The QuaNix 1500 conforms to ASTM standards and its menu-guided technology automatically converts readings from mils to microns. It has a memory option and performs other calculations, including high/low and averages, coefficient of variations and histograms.
